Section 34 of the Environment Protection Act seeks to ensure commercial businesses store and dispose of their waste responsibly. This means you must:
WasteSavers gives you the assurance that your trade waste is removed in a sustainable way and at the same time you will receive a waste transfer note for all waste we remove from your business.
The Borough has the second highest recycling rate in Hampshire, so we are experts at helping you to dispose of your waste ethically and responsibly. Contact us for more information.
All residual waste is taken to the Portsmouth-based incinerator and helps to generate electricity for the National Grid. It is not sent to landfill sites here or overseas so you can be sure that your waste is disposed of in a sustainable way.
We offer a range of wheeled bins to suit your requirements. Collections are available on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycle.
