The aims to provide a mix of new housing addressing the needs of the ageing population. This does not go far enough. Those younger people who have grown up in the area have a desperate need for affordable housing and need should be included as a KSP. The general priority that each new development should include 30% affordable housing is not specifically focused on the needs of the younger people in the Borough.
