400 dwellings on just off the main road into Fareham is too much! The infrastructure can't cope with the cars on the Southampton road and going through Titchfield is it is. We've already had our share of housing built in the area recently. Public services like doctors, dentists, schools and bus services (traffic jams!) don't have the flexibility to handle such an increase in people.
