This was a purpose built Centre for young people built in the 80's and has always been under used. The area does have a bit of a youth problem. The facility is there it has not had funding support? Has it been offered to charities to provide clubs, entertainment and training potential for youngsters? There is a lot of talent in our young people but it needs channeling for them to gain confidence and skills and feeling of self worth. What is on offer for them in this area?
