In line with regulation 19 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010, we submitted the draft community infrastructure levy charging schedule to The Planning Inspectorate for independent examination on 22 November 2012 after we had considered responses from consultation on the draft schedule, the schedule was submitted without any changes.
Jill Kingaby BSC(ECON) MSc MRTPI, of the Planning Inspectorate, was appointed to conduct the examination. Her report was received by the council on 13th December 2012 and it can be found here . (161 KB)
