Take a trip back in time this September!

Fareham Borough Council’s popular Bygone Fareham event returns this year on Saturday 9 September 2023.

The pedestrianised area of West Street will be host to everything vintage, from classic vehicles to old-time singing and dancing, between 10am and 4pm.

Local groups confirmed so far include South Hants Vehicle Preservation Society, Morris Minors Owners Club, Portsmouth and Southampton Mini Club and Solent Mini Club, and proud owners will be on hand to answer questions about their vehicles.

If you have a vehicle aged 25 years or older and are interested in displaying at this year’s event please contact the Leisure and Community Team at leisure@fareham.gov.uk before 1 September.

Executive Member for Leisure and Community at Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Sue Walker, said: “I am delighted that Bygone Fareham is returning to the town centre this year. There will be something for everyone to enjoy, so I encourage residents to come along and step back in time with everything vintage!”
