Rare catering concession tender opportunity

A rare opportunity to tender for a catering concession in Park Gate has become available and Fareham Borough Council are inviting bids for the license.

Bids are invited for the three-year licence for an evening-only, hot food catering concession at the Middle Road Car Park in Park Gate. The license will commence on 27 May 2022 and run until 26 May 2025.

The licence will be for the sale of non-alcoholic beverages and hot snacks, using the licensee’s own mobile vehicle with valid tax and MOT documentation. The Licensee will be permitted to trade from the site between the hours of 6pm-12am Sunday to Thursday and 6pm-1am Friday to Saturday.

Bids must be received by noon on 1 May 2022 and further details are available from the Estates Team at Fareham Borough Council.

Please note that evidence of food hygiene levels, relevant insurances and adherence to Council requirements will be requested and verified by Fareham Borough Council in advance of any license being issued.
