Rare opportunity for grazing land in Stubbington

A rare opportunity for grazing land has become available in Stubbington and Fareham Borough Council are inviting residents to bid for the land at Mancroft Avenue.

The 3 yearly licence includes approximately 0.98 acres of land for the grazing of two ponies or horses. There is no vehicular access to the field and no water supply pipe or electricity service to the land. 

Bids must be received by noon on 18th September 2020. Documents can be viewed on the Council’s website which include the location of the land, the licence agreement and the bid submission form.

Bids must be sent to EstatesService@fareham.gov.uk or by post to Estates Dept, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 7AZ.
