Have Your Say on Thumbs up Thursdays!

Fareham Borough Council is asking for feedback on one of their free summer events; Thumbs up Thursday.

Thumbs up Thursdays are free drop-in activities that take place in Fareham Town Centre every Thursday during the summer holidays for children aged 11 and under. The activities take place at the performance podium from 10am-1pm.

Activities last year included a science workshop, arts & crafts, face painting, Lego building, a petting farm, bouncy castle and circus skills.

Executive Member for Leisure and Community, Councillor Sue Bell, said: “Thumbs up Thursdays are always really popular, but we want to make them even better. That’s why we’re asking residents and children to give us their thoughts and ideas on the activities.
"I would urge everyone to complete our short survey so we can continue to organise events that you want to attend!”

The survey can be found at www.fareham.gov.uk/consultations. Please complete it before the deadline on 15 March 2020.
