Offers of accommodation

The Government created a sponsorship scheme to allow people to welcome Ukrainians into their homes.

You can use this service to record your interest in becoming a sponsor, either as an individual or as an organisation External Hyperlink

The Homes for Ukraine Scheme External Hyperlink is designed to support Ukrainians with no ties to the UK. This scheme is currently focused on private individuals offering accommodation through a sponsorship scheme.

If you are interested in providing housing for refugees, please follow the links above and contact Hampshire County Council.

Further information about Hampshire's response to the Ukraine crisis is available on the Hampshire County Council website External Hyperlink

For Ukrainians who are already in the UK, there are the following 2 options available:

This route does not require a UK-based sponsor.

Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme

If you have been given permission to be in the UK under one of the Ukraine Schemes, you may be able to apply for a further 18 months permission to stay in the UK under the new Ukraine Permission Extension scheme. You'll be able to apply 3 months before your existing visa is due to expire.
