A quick update on our WhatsApp Channel

Thank you to everyone who followed our new Fareham Housing News WhatsApp Channel which we were trialling as a convenient way to liaise with our tenants.

Unfortunately, we hit a snag early on so have had to take it down while we rectify the issue; we're sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

Our new plan is to relaunch the app next month.  We will share all the details in our October edition of Fareham Housing News, including how to follow the refreshed channel and receive updates on housing news, repairs and maintenance, events, consultations and important notices.

Thank you for your patience and support while we get everything ready.

Keep an eye on our October newsletter for the relaunch!

Is there a specific area, policy or service that you would like to focus on? We have launched our new Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) in January, which delivers tenant scrutiny for the Council. If you're interested contact your Principal Tenant Engagement Officer on 0132982 4360 or listening@fareham.gov.uk
