StreetLink is a website and telephone service which enables the public to alert local authorities in England about rough sleepers in their area.
The details provided by a member of the public are sent to the local authority, so they can help connect the person to local services and support.
The person reporting the problem will receive details of the action the local authority normally takes when they are told someone is sleeping rough. StreetLink will also contact the Council within ten working days to find out what has happened as a result of the alert and, if requested, provide the person who made the report with an update.
You can contact StreetLink via their website www.streetlink.org.uk , mobile app or telephone on 0300 500 0914.
