We are asking residents for their opinion on our draft vision for Portchester Village Centre.
The draft vision sets out how we think the area could be improved in the future and sets out 5 key areas:
• More free car parking
• Small redevelopment opportunities
• Improved visual appearance
• Events & activities
• Better shopping experience
You can find out more and tell us what you think at one of our consultation events:
• Wednesday 25 January, 9am – 3pm at Portchester Market
• Monday 6 February, 2pm – 7pm at Portchester Community Centre
• Wednesday 8 February, 9am – 3pm at Portchester Market
• There will also be a display in the space outside Portchester health centre and library on most days which will give an overview of the vision.
The results of the consultation fed into the Final Regeneration Vision document.
The vision was approved at the Council's Executive Meeting on 10 July 2017.
