The Council proposes to make the following change to the Off-Street Parking Places Order:
1. Change the ‘no return within 4 hours’ at Middle Road Car Park, Park Gate to apply between the hours of 8am and 6pm only.
Any objections or representations relating to the Order must be made in writing by 5pm on the 12 April 2024, specifying which Order they relate to, the grounds on which they are made, and addressed to:

The engagement exercise took place between 22 March 2024 and 12 April 2024.Hampshire County Council responded to confirm that they had no objections to the Amendment Order. No other responses were received.
Following the end of the engagement exercise, a report was taken to the Executive member for Health & Public Protection on 1st May 2024. At this time, a decision was made to adopt the Off-Street Parking Places (Amendment 9) Order. The Amendment Order will come into effect on 24th May 2024.
