If you own or rent a caravan pitch or boat mooring and it is not used, it is exempt until it is used again, and you do not have to pay any Council Tax.
If you want to apply for an exemption, email counciltax@fareham.gov.uk. We will generally seek to confirm that the pitch or mooring is unoccupied.
You must inform the Council if you are no longer entitled to a discount or exemption. We will take legal action against anyone who fraudulently claims a discount or exemption.
