Hampshire County Council's Hitting the Cold Spots service is reaching out to households across the county who may be struggling with energy bills, issues with their energy supplier or a broken or faulty boiler at home.
Experienced energy advisers at the Environment Centre (tEC), the independent charity delivering the service, are offering residents free help with resolving energy billing issues, saving money and energy at home and finding funding to replace broken or faulty boilers for heating and hot water. They can also help residents make their properties more energy efficient in the long term to help them live more comfortably through hotter summers and colder winters. The advice is completely free, impartial and tailored to the unique circumstances of each household.
