The following car parks will have a 4-hour maximum stay, with a no return within 4 hours, between 1 April and 30 September. These restrictions apply to the two car parks listed below:
Coastal car parks are free to persons in possession of a valid Blue Badge. The Blue Badge must be displayed with a valid expiry date clearly visible in the windscreen. Please remember that it is only the person named on the Blue Badge who can use it.
Our pay machines will accept cash, card or payment via the PayByPhone app or PayByPhone website .
When using PaybyPhone (app or website), please use the location number, clearly displayed at the pay machine in each car park to identify the car park you are using.
The following Coastal car parks have a Motorcycle bay where motorcycles can park for free.
Motorcycles must be parking in the designated motorcycle bay.
Coastal Parking Permits are available to purchase for £145 per year, with a concessionary rate of £95 per year for Fareham residents. Each Coastal Parking Permit will be specific to one vehicle, will be non-refundable and will be valid for one year. Lost or damaged permits will incur a £10 administration fee, but permits issued for a change of vehicle registration will be free of charge, upon return of existing permit.
Coastal Parking Permits holders will be eligible to park in all of the coastal car parks for a maximum stay of 12 or 4 hours (in line with the car park regulations). In addition, permit holders can also park for up to 14 consecutive days including overnight within the Hove-to and Passage Lane Car parks only. However, sleeping in a vehicle overnight is not permitted.
Coastal Parking Permits can be applied for and paid for online by setting up a MyAccount. It should take less than 10 minutes to set up a MyAccount, complete the details for the Coastal Parking Application and make payment.

All permits will be issued within 7 days of receipt of a completed application.
