On 1 May 2013 Fareham Borough Council brought its Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule into effect. Any development for which planning permission is granted will potentially attract a CIL payment.
The Council has made this calculator available to assist land owners and developers to work out an indication figure for the CIL chargeable amount for any development proposal. In order to use the calculator, the gross internal floor areas of new buildings, buildings to be retained and reused and buildings to be demolished need to be known.
