What should you do if you move?

If you are moving out from a property in the Borough, we will need to make adjustments to your bill so please email us at businessrates@fareham.gov.uk. We will need:

• Your name and present address
• The date you are moving
• Your new address
• A daytime telephone number and/or email address
• If the property was owned or rented
• Date of purchase
• Name(s) of new resident(s)
• Whether the property is furnished
• Tenancy dates
• The name and address of landlord/agent.

If you are moving into a property email us at businessrates@fareham.gov.uk as soon as possible so that we can send you a bill and give you as many instalments as possible. We will need:

• Your name and new address
• The date you are moving
• How you would like to pay
• Your old address if it is Fareham
• A daytime telephone number and/email address
• If the property is owned or rented
• Date of sale
• Whether the property is furnished
• Tenancy date
• The name and address of landlord/agent.
