Fareham Business Networking
A business breakfast is being held at Fareham Innovation Centre on Tuesday 17 December to welcome Hampshire Growth Hub to the Borough. Hampshire Growth Hub is the new, government funded business support service available in Fareham (and across Hampshire County Council). The Growth Hub lead, Chris Burchill, will be at the breakfast to explain the different kinds of support available and how your business can engage with and benefit from them.
Complimentary, freshly baked, breakfast goods will be available, kindly supplied Pelican Business Insurance 
. After the Growth Hub presentation and Q&As, there will be plenty of time for networking plus the opportunity to take a tour of the excellent facilities at Fareham Innovation Centre.
The event runs from 9:30-11:30am on Tuesday 17 December and is almost fully-booked.

Green Energy Live!
Fareham Borough Council is pleased to be partnering with SA Energy to deliver the first ever Green Energy Live - a free business seminar that goes back to basics on how and why to adopt cleaner, greener energy and the benefits it can bring to your bottom line.
No prior knowledge or experience with green energy is required. It is a friendly, inclusive event and open to businesses of all sizes, from all areas (not just Fareham). This event is tailored for business leaders eager to learn about the latest innovations in energy efficiency and renewable solutions. Expect educational talks from industry-leading innovators, insightful discussions on how businesses can save energy and cut costs, and practical demonstrations of cutting-edge renewable technologies.
The event runs 10am-2pm on Wednesday 19 February 2025 at Fareham Innovation Centre and includes a complimentary buffet lunch.

Thriving Together is BACK
Back by popular demand, Thriving Together returns in February 2025. The goal is to provide valuable insights and practical knowledge through a variety of free workshops tailored specifically to the needs of small businesses. It is an opportunity for small businesses to come together, learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Fareham Borough Council is sponsoring Thriving Together in 2025, helping to keep the event free to attend for businesses in Fareham and the surrounding area. The event runs 10am-3pm on Tuesday 25 February 2025 at the Civil Engineering Training Centre (CETC) in Fareham. Thriving Together is now also part of Portsmouth and South Coast Business Week - a festival of free activity supporting and championing the region, designed by businesses for businesses.
With the support of some amazing local businesses, 18 unique workshops will run on the topics most important to small and medium enterprises such as networking, AI, marketing, sales, growth, grants, how to access free market research and much more! Choose the four workshops of most interest to you and your business. In addition, there will be a training provider mini-expo where you can discuss your skills needs. A complimentary networking lunch is also included.

Fareham Business Expo takes place at Fareham Leisure Centre on Thursday 27 February 2025 and visitor registration is now open! Started in 2022 as a collaboration between Everyone Active and Fareham Borough Council, Fareham Business Expo is now the OFFICIAL business-to-business expo of the popular Portsmouth and South Coast Business Week, bringing five days of free business activities to our area in a celebration of entrepreneurship and local economy.
Exhibitors for 2025 already include Buzz People Recruitment, BNI Hampshire, Corporate Creative Productions, easyNetworks, Federation of Small Businesses, Hexley, Howden, HR Dept, Imagin, Juggle Outsourcing, LR Animation Studios, Occupational Health 1st, Omni Business Development Network, Penarth Management Limited, SA Energy, Switch Me, Warner Goodman, Watt Health and more!
