There are a number of local services External Hyperlink that provide a variety of mental health support, from talking therapies for those concerned about their mental wellbeing to more focussed guidance for those struggling with poor mental health.

Healthier Together External Hyperlink is a great starting point for healthcare advice around children, young people and pregnancy. Its Mental Health section provides really useful information on the many conditions and emotional challenges that may be of concern to parents and their children. Citizens Advice Fareham External Hyperlink offers free, confidential and impartial advice and support on a variety of issues such as debt, housing, employment, health and access to fuel vouchers and other grants.
