When the music of the Syd Lawrence Orchestra rings out of Ferneham Hall it will be raising money for the Mayor of Fareham's charities.
The 'Big Band Spectacular' will perform a musical banquet including hits from Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey, Neal Hefti, Billy May, Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald.
Part of the proceeds from the show will go towards the Mayor's charities – Abby's Heroes, Acts of Kindness and The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust (RNBT).
Directed by Chris Dean, the Syd Lawrence Orchestra, will perform their dynamic musical extravaganza at Ferneham Hall on 28 March at 7.30pm.
The Mayor of Fareham, Councillor Mrs Susan Bayford, said: "This will be a great night – not only enjoying some incredible music but also financially benefiting people in need of support. We would like to thank the Syd Lawrence Orchestra for raising money for our charities."
